  • How to connect to WHISH printer?

    • 1- In WHISH app Go to "Settings" tab switch on "Use Printer" then click "Yes" to turn Bluetooth ON

    2- Wait for the printer name to display in the list of discoverable devices, and then select your printer and register the pin code.


  • How to get the printer pin code?

    • The pincode is usually "0000". However, if you have "BlueBamboo" printer, you can find the pin code under the Printer Roll.


  • How much does a voucher cost?

    • You can check the cost of each voucher from Info -> Costs.


  • How much does the bluetooth printer cost?

    • The bluetooth printer is available to WHISH customers for $100.
